JACE controllers with onboard SRAM should have the dataRecovery license feature by default. For JACEs with SRAM option cards, ensure the feature is present in the license. If the license feature is missing, SRAM will not work - either the DataRecoveryService in its station will be missing or will otherwise remain in a fault condition.
