HTML5 Reboot

In Niagara 4.14 and later, there is added browser support to the Reboot step. Running this step restarts the station’s host (platform), then waits until its platform daemon comes back up and is available for connections to begin. The “HTML5” version of this view is a web-browser-based implementation and it provides the same functions as the Workbench view.

To access this view, expand Config > Drivers > NiagaraNetwork and click .ProvisioningNwExt. To open the job steps window, click and double-click Reboot Stations or select Reboot Stations and click OK.

You add this job step in the top pane (Provisioning steps to run) of the Niagara Network Job Builder or the Niagara Network Prototype View. Running this step restarts the station’s host (platform), then waits until its platform daemon comes back up and is available for connections to begin.
