Niagara 4.8 release:
- In the “Overview” section in chapter 1, and in the “About Platform Services” section in chapter 5, included a note on added
support for the IEEE 802.1X wired authentication standard forJACE-8000 platforms.
- Added a note to the commissioning step, “Install/upgrade core software”.
- Edited the following topics to add information related to module signing: “Commissioning differences in
Niagara 4” (chapter 1) and “Selecting modules for installation” (chapter 4).
- Added a note in Chapter 1 explaining that the
Niagara 4.8 upgrade includes a QNX OS upgrade which affects certain log files.
