sms-SmsRecipient
This component acts as an alarm recipient for transmitting alarm notifications by text message. It is like the EmailRecipient component.

| Transitions | drop-down list | Selects which alarm transitions
to display in the console. Only those transitions selected display
although the station saves all transitions in alarm history. Options are: toOffnormal, toFault, toNormal, toAlert |
| Route Acks | true (default) or false | Enables (true)
and disables (false) the routing of alarm acknowledgements
to the recipient. The framework does not route trap (event notification)
acknowledgements if you select false. |
| Enabled | true or false | Activates (true)
and deactivates (false) use of the object (network,
device, point, component, table, schedule, descriptor, etc.). |
| Phone Numbers | phone number international format | Defines the recipient's telephone number. It must be in international format. |
| Body | 140 characters of text | Defines the message itself, which defaults to Source, Text and UUID. You may format the text for the SMS message within the body slot. |
