NrioNetwork represents an RS-485 connection to one or more remote I/O modules (NrioModules). A controller with onboard I/O requires one M2mIoNetwork for that I/O, and if additional remote I/O modules are connected to an RS-485 port, a separate NrioNetwork for each such RS-485 port. The NrioDeviceManager is the default view on any NrioNetwork.
