New (and Edit) local variable window
This window adds discovered points to the station database and configures them with direction (input or output), SNVT type,
and a name for each variable.

To access this window, double-click the LonNetwork node in the Nav tree, double-click the Local Lon Device followed select a network variable and click the Edit button.
